We had a fabulous stay at the Westin Grand this month. We booked two rooms and were upgraded to suites with wonderful views of the city. As a titanium member, we had access to the lounge for snacks, endless cappuccinos, and wine, beer, and appetizers at night. We were also provided an extensive buffet breakfast downstairs each day. Despite other reviews, our rooms were cool and comfortable and very clean. We were sad to leave and would absolutely stay at this location again!

The hotel is fantastic and located in a beautiful green residential area of Munich. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, and other delicious options. The staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the city, although it wasn’t quite as clean as we had expected. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were in perfect working condition. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Westin Grand Munich.

I stayed 4 nights here for a work event. The work company had booked me 3 nights and I added a 4th night myself on a personal booking. When I arrived the front desk said the company had booked 4 nights for me but the extra night I need to pay. But since I already made a separate booking, I basically had double booked 4th night. I asked the desk to simply remove my 4th night from the company booking, they said they can't do that. I had to cancel my own booking, but as soon as I did that (via a travel website), I was charged a 90% penalty fee from the hotel so I only got back 10% of the fee. Just absurd they made me do this when the solution was so simple. Otherwise the room is ok. A bit dated looking but comfortable bed. The cleaning ladies are very sweet and nice. The location is far from city center but easy to take a train. The hotel breakfast is mediocre and bare bones. Overall the stay wasn't bad I just am very upset with how they handles the double booking and made me lose money

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at The Westin Grand Munich and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Munich. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable experience with excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable—I had some of the best sleep during my trip. The lobby has a modern and elegant design, and the gym is well-maintained and enjoyable to use. While I would have liked to see a few additional machines, such as a calf raise machine and a chest fly machine, it was still a good fitness facility overall. There are just a few small details that could make the experience even better. The bathroom didn’t include some basic amenities like a toothbrush or cotton swabs, which many five-star hotels usually provide. Also, the TV system is heavily customized for the hotel, making it difficult to use the Smart TV features or access your own streaming services. Giving guests more freedom to use the TV as a regular Smart TV would be a nice improvement. The hotel itself feels luxurious, but I think updating the rooms to match the modern style of the lobby would make the overall experience even more im

We chose the Westin Grand hotel for a weekend trip. It was an outstanding experience. The staff was very friendly, the beds were heavenly comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that we have had and the spa area was nicely designed with relaxing features. The only issue was that the air conditioning system was very old and did not function properly, which resulted in the room being very hot. Other than that, it was an awesome visit and we definitely want to come back soon !!
