The hotel is located right next to the center of the old town of Munich, a short walking distance from the shopping and restaurant filled streets of the old town, and from central public transportation stations. The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave us restaurant recommendations and arranged our taxi to the airport. Our 3 room apartment was perfect. Air conditioned, bright (plenty of lighting and also natural light from the 3 big windows in the living room / kitchen), very clean, very new, state-of-the-art, great facilities. Each room had a TV with casting capabilities. 2 bathrooms with showers and washing machines, a fridge, a stove, an espresso machine with 4 provided capsules. The entire check-in process can be made digitally, and even opening the room doors is done digitally in a website.

Wow! Wish we could have stayed here our whole trip. It was a whole apartment for our family of 5. We had beds for everyone (well one was made up on a couch, but it was just as big and comfortable as a bed). 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer, kitchen/dining area, and whole living room. It was a great proximity to everything in the Old Town and a train station. The staff was super helpful with storing our luggage for free after checkout. Would highly recommend! We did not choose to add on the breakfast due to high cost. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable though. The cheapest of our whole trip. Oh, and they have AC which was necessary during the June heat wave! Very quiet. Not noise disturbance whatsoever!

This was our home for 2 weeks while visiting Munich and the surrounding area. We have 3 kids, so we booked the 2 bedroom + kitchennete. Our stay was amazing. Everyone was very helpful, the room was spacious, the air conditioner worked reasonably well, and the kitchenette was a life saver on a couple of occassions. The location is very convenient to public transportation, which was great since we did not rent a car. Most of all the rooms are solid and very quiet. The washing machine also made packing for our trip a lot easier! The only two improvements I can think of: it was really hard to get clothes to dry. They provide a strung line in one bathroom but it didn't work that well, perhaps some kind of collapsible drying rack? Second, while the breakfast was awesome, it was exactly the same every single day, and so after two weeks it got a little boring. Changing something, even one of the hot dishes, would be great. If we're ever in Munich again, we'll definitely stay at Koos, and I recommend you do, too!
