Nice hotel, especially considering the price and location, because it is right across from the train station. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to move around Munich, it is a nice straight walk to Marionplatz and the overall value for money is okay. The service was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they have breakfast for an additional fee. We did not try it. No air conditioning and it was very warm during our stay. The hot water was out for the first day and night. This morning it was still cold, but worked later in the afternoon, although we could not figure out how to get the shower turned on, even staff could not do it. Another thing to mention is that the tub is a huge step in and so shower area is quite small, which may not be ideal for everyone. This did not affect our overall experience. For the price, location, and service, I am happy to give 4 stars and probably would not consider staying here again.

This hotel a total failure as it doesn't have any AC and the rooms are becoming very hot and stuffy during hot summer days! We got the worst possible room on the top floor right under the roof with full sun aspect. There is also no fridge in the room - it's a shame to claim a 3* for this inadequate facilities, should rather be a 1* hostel. When complaining after the first sleepless night, the staff refused to change rooms or offered any other help since apparently many others were complaining as well. It's a complete lack of duty of care, what must happen before Best Western would responsibly care for its guest?? Somebody collapsing, heat stroke or worse - Best Western, apologize now and act immediately!!

The most remarkable point of the hotel is its location. It is opposite the train station and a 15-minute walk from the center of Munich. The area is very crowded and we found it very safe. Very close to the hotel there are supermarkets and many shops. The attention of the staff was very good. The room was small, it doesn't have a minibar. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Great hotel, especially considering the price and location. The hotel is very well located, making it easy to move around Munich, and the overall value for money is excellent. The service was also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly during our stay. The only small point to mention is that the shower area is quite small and has a curtain instead of a proper glass box, which may not be ideal for everyone. However, this was just a minor detail and did not affect our overall experience. For the price, location, and service, I am happy to give 5 stars and would definitely consider staying here again.
