München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

It was a nightmare booking with them .. what els can you imagine when it is right next to a grave yard and i feel more of a scam then an apartment service.. its totally not how they make it look in the pictures.. i was placed on the first floor and the elevator does not work .. i had my luggage and kids which was a hectic and when i asked to cancel the booking they said i will still be charged for the 4 days that i have booked .. i just stayed there less then half n hour and i had to walk away to rebook myself to a much better place .. its a scary place and i would not suggest anyone to book with them

This place is currently a very poorly managed and maintained place. Elevator is out of order, carpet in hallways looks like someone has slaughtered something from one end to the other, trim falling off the cabinets, construction taking place to the street and scaffolding with netting blocking any view you thought you would have of Munich. If you feel adventurous, take the scaffolding to visit any neighboring rooms as you’ll have full window access to any room on your floor!!! They don’t tell you that when you book, or show you pics of the mess. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!!! We actually left our room 3 days early during a 7 night stay, after finding better accommodations.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! By far the worst place of all! They list rooms as available on booking sites and then give you whatever they want. I booked a “Business” room and they gave me a rat’s nest where you could barely move. Customer service is terrible; they treat you like an idiot, brush you off, and never change anything. the elevator doesn’t work, the front door is always open—anyone can walk right in—the cleaning staff does their work while singing, listening to music, and shouting in the early morning, so you can’t even get any rest. Anyone who wants a terrible experience should stay here.

My one-week stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. This place practices pure false advertising. I booked a "Standard Studio," which explicitly specified a "1 double bed (131 to 150 cm wide)" on the floor. Upon arrival, they forced me into a completely different room layout: a loft/bunk bed setup with a cramped mattress on top (impossible for two people to sleep or move) and a tiny convertible armchair underneath. Even though their own listings show these are completely different categories, management refused to acknowledge it. Security is non-existent. There are scaffolds set up outside with zero construction work happening, giving anyone from the street direct access to the room windows. We had to keep our windows locked the entire week out of fear. Furthermore, the main entrance door to the building does not latch and remains wide open day and night, allowing anyone to walk inside. The room itself was highly uncomfortable. The pillows felt like they were filled with air; your head sinks straight onto the mattress, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, the bathroom sink was missing its drain cover, leaving a huge hole where toothbrushes or jew
