We stayed here for a week for a training program. The rooms were very clean and tidy, but the restaurant closed early, and getting tea was unfortunately a problem.

We booked 3 rooms at Hotel Seibel in the city center for €369 per night per room during Springfest, as we were attending a tech conference and expected higher prices. However, the service and overall experience did not justify the cost at all. Upon arrival, we were informed that only two rooms were available, and one of us had to stay at another branch located far from the city center. This review is based on my experience at that branch, although my colleague’s experience at the city-center location sounded even worse. His room apparently had a sink placed right next to the bed. To compensate for their mistake, they gave me a large suite with two rooms. While the gesture was appreciated, I only needed a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Instead, the suite felt outdated, poorly maintained, dirty, and rusty in several areas. It honestly felt as if someone had been living there and the room was hastily cleared and cleaned just before my arrival. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and far below the standard one would expect at this price point. If you are looking for a very cheap stay, it might make sense, but for the rates charged during busy events, the experience was extremely
