I went to the reception to inform the staff about clogged shower and unpleasant sewage smell in the room. The receptionist (male) did not understand what I meant, and asked his coworker “was labert sie”, because he did not know I speak German. When I asked him what was that supposed to mean, he became aggressive. I’ve never had similar experience anywhere I’ve stayed in my life. Shockingly rude

Very disappointing stay. The building is undergoing major reconstruction, and every morning from 7:00 AM there was loud drilling, hammering, and construction noise, making it impossible to sleep. This was not clearly disclosed when booking. When we complained, the staff did not even apologize. The room was also unbearably hot because the air conditioning was not operating, despite the units being installed. Calling this a hotel is misleading – it is essentially one renovated floor inside an active construction site. I would not recommend staying here.

I have been traveling around the world, many countries and many hotels but this one is seriously bidding to be the worst I ever been lodged. It claims to be a 4 stars but one is already too much. While room are quite spacious the cleaning is really poor, no hot water every morning and breakfast is also poor (not even one single fruit as example...). The only positive thing is that personnel is quite friendly and gave the sensation of being embarrassed of the conditions they offer. Last but not least they charged 1500 euros for 4 nights, taking good advantage of the exhibition organized4 in Munchen this week. Of course I strongly recommend not to use it and will never come back here.
