I experienced a burn injury caused by the hotel hairdryer and immediately contacted the reception desk to seek medical assistance. However, after reporting the incident, no hotel staff came to check on my condition or provide any form of support. When the doctor arrived, the hotel also failed to arrange for any staff member to accompany him. As a solo female guest, I found it inappropriate and uncomfortable that a male doctor had to enter my room alone to provide medical treatment. What made the experience even more distressing was that the doctor did not attend to my injury immediately upon arrival. After entering my room, he sat down to complete paperwork first while I was left standing there in pain, feeling helpless and extremely uncomfortable. Following the consultation, I waited for more than an hour to receive the prescribed burn cream. Most disappointing of all, during check-out, no staff member offered an apology or showed any concern regarding the incident. I am deeply disappointed with Pullman Hotels. This stay was surprisingly lacking in basic hospitality standards. The room did not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, lotion, or conditioner — amenities that are commonly available even in many budget hotels. In addition, drinking water was not readily prepared in the room, and guests were required to go downstairs to refill bottles themselves. Individually these may seem minor, but together they significantly affected the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. After staying in many hotels over the years, this is honestly one of the most under-equipped experiences I’ve had. I hope the management seriously reviews the guest experience and basic room setup expectations..

Stay here! Everything just works here ☺️ We arrived at the Pullman Hotel Munich late at night and were warmly welcomed right at check-in – especially the night receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The next morning there was an unexpected issue with our room. I would like to emphasize that no one was at fault. What really matters in situations like this is how a hotel responds – and the team handled it excellently. The situation was addressed immediately, very professionally and in a solution-oriented way, and we were directly offered an upgrade. Thanks a lot! In a large hotel with many guests, things can always happen. For me, the real quality of a hotel is shown in how the staff responds when something unexpected occurs. That is exactly what we experienced here. The cleanliness was excellent. The fitness room offers equipment for virtually every preference, and the spa area already creates a pleasant atmosphere as soon as you enter, even through its subtle and welcoming scent.
