This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my lifetime! Their rooms are heat chambers. They do not have proper fans in the room to support the heat wave. They provided 2 fans which were old and did not support the high heat. One if their staff said that they have a fan available but when we reached the hotel, it was being used and we are not such people who would take it away from the staff. No solution was provided and we could not sleep at night in the hotel.

I just stayed there for one night. It is very close to the train station, and a walkable distance to Neues Rathaus. Nice spacious rooms with a spacious toilet. The beds were nice and soft and I didn’t hear any neighbours so I slept very good. The breakfast was nice aswell. I recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Munich. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to the gentleman at the reception, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was always professional, friendly, and ready to help us with anything we needed. Every problem or request we had was solved immediately with great care and attention. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable and valued throughout our stay. We are truly grateful for all the support and kindness we received from him and the whole team. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable — we would be very happy to stay here again!

Nice hotel with great service and affordable price for Munchen. Both ladies at the reception on the arrival and departure days were very helpful and accommodating. They were generous to offer us a tea/coffee (which you can get from free 24/7 in the breakfast area) and some croissants on arrival, and they also printed some documents for us for free. Rooms were clean at spacious enough to accommodate 3 of us. Essential toiletries were provided together with a bottle of stil water per person. There was a balcony in our room which was really nice. Breakfast was nice for 10€ extra which includes eggs, fresh fruits, juice, sausages, cheese, etc. The hotel is located not so far from the HBF so ideal is you are in Munchen for a short trip. It is also not so far from the city center and the tram stop is just across the street, so very convenient. There are some eating places around too, so you will always find something if you are starving after your trip. The hotel is located near the UK visa center, just 1-2 mins walk away, so if your appointment is early morning then you can visit Munchen the day prior and stay in this hotel, complete your visa in the morning, explore the city for
