München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. While the rooms themselves were acceptable, the service, staff attitude, and overall management were extremely disappointing. During my stay, a room cleaner placed a foot mat on a chair where I had left my shirt, which I found very inappropriate and unhygienic. When I raised my concern with the reception, instead of handling the situation professionally, the receptionist reacted defensively and spoke to me in an aggressive manner, questioning why I had made the complaint. The following day, I submitted a formal written complaint. Afterward, a female manager kindly invited me for a complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. However, when I went to have breakfast, the same receptionist who had been present during our previous conversation made a joke about the invitation in front of me. This behavior was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, my experience was very disappointing due to the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and inappropriate behavior from the staff. Unfortunately, I will not consider booking this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the metro stations for getting to the city center, and there are buses going directly to the metro right in front of it. Everything you could possibly need is around—restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets. The hotel is spotless, and the staff are very attentive. Especially NOEL MARTINEZ, who assisted us during check-in, was incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly. We would like to thank him for everything."
