this hotel is one of the best I've ever gone to, it's really quiet and the beds are so comfortable. the receptionists Mr Mohammed and Mr max are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are abit small but it's manageable, and i love how they provide tea and coffee. totally recommend!

I’ve stayed at this hotel on two different occasions and overall both stays went smoothly. For me, it’s a very convenient option if you’re just passing by Munich for a night or two. The subway station is within walking distance, which makes getting into the city pretty easy, since there isn’t really much around the hotel itself in terms of restaurants or things to do. There’s plenty of parking available in the garage, although it can fill up during busier periods or when there’s a football match at Allianz Arena. That said, I’ve always found plenty of free street parking nearby, so it’s never been a real issue. The rooms themselves have been perfectly fine overall, but on both stays I did feel like the bathroom was a bit grubby and didn’t feel as clean as I would’ve liked. Not a huge deal for me personally, but definitely something I noticed. Breakfast has honestly been the highlight of both stays. There’s a great selection and much more variety than I expected. In terms of the hotel price itself, it has usually been quite reasonable, although I’ve noticed rates can sometimes jump quite a lot. I’d stay here again for the right price, but if rates are too high, I’d probably look

Despite great location and "shiny" look, my experience was at least unacceptable. Once I opened the door, the sink smell filled the whole space. Room looked fine, but the bathroom was something, that your hotel category should never let happen. The shower rod was loosen and wobbly and that was just the sign of poor maintenance. Shower door handles were loosen. Shower door gasket not working. After using the shower, the bathroom was flooded. The hang on bathroom door again damaged and loosen. Toilet seat misaligned. When were your AC system last cleaned and filters replaced? I used AC and it was not working, and has it been properly disinfected? And temperature regulation completeley out of order. Housekeeping is another weak spot. Toilet seat attach points ware not cleaned. Shower door gasket were dirty. And finally the drain. That was absolutely disgusting! Water was not draining, so I took the drain plug out and this! I would really like you to explain, how you are solvoing these. Just a funny thing, but I think worth mentioning.. Have you ever tried to use the hazelnut cream dispenser at breakfast buffet? To all the potential customers, I have sent email to the hotel and
