A wonderful five-star stay in an excellent central location. The highlight of our experience was Sophie, the Guest Experience Manager, whose warm and attentive service made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to assist with our additional accommodation request, and her local recommendations were terrific. Thank you, Sophie, for making our stay so memorable. Our deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, with opening windows and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was very good, the coffee was excellent, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, major landmarks, and local markets only 300 metres away. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay here! Parking was available on-site and the elevator from the underground garage took you into the hotel, which was great. Keep in mind that the garage space is very tight and may be hard to maneuver with a large vehicle. The room was nice and modern, had nice robes and shower products, although not super spacious. We really appreciated the few beverages they give you in the mini fridge, including beers, juices, and waters (two of each). Our view looked out on a brewery, and it was fun to see kegs being rolled in each morning. We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning of our stay, which was very good. They had a nice variety of food and drinks, including hot and freshly-prepared foods like omelettes and scrambles, but also pastry staples and even small smoothies. The location was great, we were able to walk to restaurants and dessert places, including Hofbräuhaus. The lobby area was beautiful! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved our stay there! Convenient to so many places right in the heart of Munich. The hotel had an awesome vibe, great service and the rooms were very spacious! The breakfast was absolutely delicious!!! One of the best we have ever had. Was sad to leave…can’t wait to return.
