About Pension Belo Sono München

Located at Gollierstraße 36, 80339 München-Schwanthalerhöhe, Pension Belo Sono München operates as a hotel serving München in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

When booking accommodation or travel services in Germany, confirm the check-in window, whether the rate includes breakfast and the local city tax (Kurtaxe or Bettensteuer), and what the cancellation terms are; pensions and Gasthöfe are often family-run and appreciate notice. Reviews that mention noise, bed size, Wi-Fi and cleanliness are usually the most useful. Prices jump around trade fairs, the Christmas markets, Oktoberfest and the summer school holidays, so book early for those dates.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I’m an Italian student who came to Munich for a three-month work placement. Finding a good place from Italy was not easy, but then I discovered Pension Belo Sono, and everything went perfectly. Martina took care of everything and made me feel at ease from the beginning. The apartment is fully equipped, very comfortable, and spotless. Martina is always available and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Plus: The location is really good, you are close to everything!

Totally recommend. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice experience, the long term rooms are basically a full serviced apartment. Also the typical overnight rooms are quite nice and also come with some amenities. Quiet building and neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is safe and there are quite a few bars and restaurants around. Around 15' to Munich city centre with Ubahn.

Clean and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. You could cook a decent meal without a problem. Beds were on the soft side but everyone is different. Enough clothes storage for a week for two. Small TV with a few channels but not there to watch TV. Broadband fine. Plenty of hot water for sinks and a powerful shower. Had a problem with the plug in the bathroom but that was because I was unfamiliar with it. Location is quiet , residential. With shops and restaurants nearby. U bahn is 5 minutes by foot and easy to navigate, once you figure it out and into the city centre within another 5-10 minutes. Check in was easy within allotted hours and there was a key drop box for checking out. All in all, a place I would recommend for singles and couples, depending on which rooms you chose. People with mobility issues might struggle with some of the steps and getting in and out of the shower. Thanks to the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfy room with a good size. Shared bathroom was clean as well Location is really perfect for Munich, it’s very close to the main station (15-20 mins walk or 2 subway stops) and by that also close to the city center and Theresienwiese. Especially for the good price I did not expect to find a place this close to everything. Another big plus are the beautiful coffees and restaurants next to the pension
