Very disappointing experience at Numi Place Munich. The Wi-Fi in the community space is unreliable and often does not work properly, making it difficult to study or work. There is also a constant noise coming from the sound system, which keeps ringing unexpectedly and creates an annoying environment. The bathrooms are frequently closed due to maintenance issues, and cleanliness is a concern. On several occasions there was water on the floor in the community room, creating both inconvenience and a safety hazard. Many of the services and facilities that were promised are either unavailable or not functioning as expected. Overall, the quality of service falls far below expectations, and the experience has been frustrating. Significant improvements are needed in maintenance, facility management, and customer service.

Perfect room for the price you pay. The main complaints to be lack of a lift, which ibagree can be a problem if you have a room on the 4th floor and large bag. But if you are a city traveller of a couple of days in the city, the hotel is perfect - it's tidy, rooms are large enough and you are not far away from the city.

The room is quite big, new, clean and modern designed. We also like the backyard view as we open the big windows to fresh air.

This would have been my 4th time staying in a Numa hotel (they’re usually my first pick always for a city break!!) and so sad to say it was extremely disappointing. I was on holiday in Munich (from Berlin) and was enjoying my time in the city so much that I decided to extend the trip , I was originally staying in a different Numa location but booked into this one for my additional two nights as my original accommodation was booked out - to say I just wish I had went home is putting it lightly. I was aware booking the location that I was a bit further from the centre of Munich - this did not bother me too much as there are visuals of how far you are away from everything in the preview photos - however you actually are a lot further and a 15 minute walk from the nearest train line, however this did not bother me all too much as it is a nice area to walk through! The real kicker was the room - on arrival there was a very odd smell from the room however the host when contacted put this down to it just being cleaned - however I was extremely upset to see that my room did not match the photos advertised- yes it resembled but when I booked I was looking at photos of a room with a balcony

1. There is no elevator or reception in the building and they claim to be a 4 star hotel. Everything has to be arranged by WhatsApp. 2. The description of the room facilities does not reflect reality. Example: No king-size bed in the room, no olive oil and salt and pepper in the kitchenette. 3. Risk of being fined 2500 € when cooking a meal in case the smoke alarm is triggered (YES they have a sign in the room for this) 4. Very difficult communication with customer service - they schedule cleaning at their own convenience, they do not keep the right dates for cleaning appointments, they lie and act entitled and very very unprofessional. 5. Tricky behaviour from the staff during the whole stay. 6. Very noisy neighborhood, the people living in the facility next to numa are very noisy and scream during day and night. 7. Bad air quality in the room and in the co-working space. Definitely not recommended. Not worth the money, time, energy, and effort required to communicate with them. Be aware and choose another accommodation.
