I have been staying at this Marriott since 2024, and until this last stay I had always had a very positive experience. I really liked this hotel and always felt comfortable coming back, which is why what happened during my most recent stay was especially disappointing. I had a corporate booking from Monday to Friday, and there was also a separate booking for my partner. On Monday, I checked in without any issues. We mostly stayed in my partner’s room, but I used the other room as well. Specifically, on Tuesday evening, I briefly went to my room and left my jacket there. My key worked normally, and there was absolutely no indication that there was any problem with my booking. On Thursday evening, when I went to reception because of an issue with the key card for the other room, I unexpectedly found out that my original room had apparently been cancelled and that I was considered checked out on Tuesday. The staff initially insisted that I had checked out on Tuesday morning. I never did. After a long conversation, they eventually found my original reservation and confirmed that it was in fact valid until Friday. My first question was where my jacket was. I was told that the room ha

First time staying at this hotel, and it was genuinely a great experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding — that made a real difference. The interior is new and well kept, everything felt fresh and comfortable. The location worked well for me too; easy to get around from here. All in all, a very pleasant stay. I’d absolutely recommend it.

I recently stayed at your hotel again a few weeks ago, and it was another wonderful experience. The rooms were perfectly clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the bar was excellent. Once again, I would like to commend a staff member named Fiona now working at the bar. Just as during my last stay, her service was outstanding and her friendly demeanor was highly appreciated.

As a loyal Marriott member, I always stay at Marriott brands in Munich. This time I wanted to give the new Marriott a try and must say I am very impressed. Big thanks to Joao, who made the stay excellent. I just love good service and he is the best example of that. The lounge and gym are top notch. Breakfast for Elite members: 12 instead of 34. Finally a hotel that values loyalty again! Thank you! Can't wait to come back soon.
