A wonderful hotel experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. They make you feel so comfortable and valued that you almost feel like you’re the owner of the hotel! A special mention goes to Samar, a truly wonderful and exceptional person. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need — and even gives you more than you could ask for. Her kindness and attention to detail really make a difference. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Highly recommended! ❤️

The hotel was very very good and for a bargain price we got the big room with 2 balconies, big living room with kitchen , big bathroom with both bathtub and a shower and a big separate bedroom from the living room. It had 2 Air conditionings, wifi was fast and having a refrigerator was awesome for cooling my drinks. There was a free water as well with the room and had nothing missing. Only problem I had was parking, it was very narrow entrance (2m tall and width was narrow) and in the underground it was even worse, some people parked horribly so even when i parked at the max to the wall i still only had a small gap because of a good polish gentlemen, that parked pretty good, but it is very narrow there and if somebody parks across 2 or more to your lane, youre basically screwed and I didnt like that.

Hotel is located very centrally. Lots of restaurants around, underground station within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable but a bit dated. The Ac makes lots of strange noises throughout the night but cools really well. The bathroom was a bit dim on our second visit. We complained to reception but this was not sorted during our 2 day stay but I am sure it will be after we checked out. We also complained that the shower drain was a bit blocked and this was resolved the next morning. All in all its a nice comfortable hotel. Front desk staff was really friendly and helpful.
