Located at Dachauer Str. 13, 80335 München, KING's HOTEL First München operates as a hotel serving München in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

When booking accommodation or travel services in Germany, confirm the check-in window, whether the rate includes breakfast and the local city tax (Kurtaxe or Bettensteuer), and what the cancellation terms are; pensions and Gasthöfe are often family-run and appreciate notice. Reviews that mention noise, bed size, Wi-Fi and cleanliness are usually the most useful. Prices jump around trade fairs, the Christmas markets, Oktoberfest and the summer school holidays, so book early for those dates.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Excellent value, unique atmosphere and outstanding service I had an excellent stay at KING’s Hotel First. It offers great value, a convenient location near Munich Central Station, and easy access to the city’s main attractions. The hotel’s elegant Bavarian design, wooden four-poster beds and velvet lobby sofas create a warm, distinctive atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive, while the online procedures and WhatsApp communication were simple and efficient. The room included complimentary water, coffee and toiletries, with additional amenities available in the lobby. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks, thoughtful checkout gesture and secure luggage storage. Breakfast was excellent, generous and varied. The only minor issue was slight train noise, but earplugs made this manageable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return.

Great hotel, I had no complaints. Pros kingly bed frame Swanky atmosphere Nice bar and lobby area that was enjoyable to hang out in after a long day of sightseeing. Very friendly staff. They always greet you and are ready to assist with questions. It is a little farther of a walk to city center but close to train station that was convenient. Delicious and extensive breakfast buffet for a fee.
