When booking accommodation or travel services in Germany, confirm the check-in window, whether the rate includes breakfast and the local city tax (Kurtaxe or Bettensteuer), and what the cancellation terms are; pensions and Gasthöfe are often family-run and appreciate notice. Reviews that mention noise, bed size, Wi-Fi and cleanliness are usually the most useful. Prices jump around trade fairs, the Christmas markets, Oktoberfest and the summer school holidays, so book early for those dates.

No opening hours are on file. You can reach KING's HOTEL Center München on 089 515530; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. Its website is kingshotels.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 1,377 reviews, which is a strong result for a hotel in München and suggests consistent service.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Despite being located in the center of Munich, it was surprisingly quiet, which allowed us to sleep very well. The price was also very reasonable for Munich. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh food, and the quality was excellent. We also found the rest of the staff to be friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The only negative aspect was one receptionist, who seemed uninterested in her work. While we observed her being warm and attentive with other guests, her attitude toward us felt different and less welcoming. We hope this was just an isolated incident, as it did not reflect the high standard of service provided by the rest of the team. Apart from this experience, everything else was good.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 7 nights. First off Richard welcomed us and we were able to check in early. He was always happy to answer questions and give advice!! Alexandra was equally cheerful and helpful throughout our stay. The entire staff was great! Everything is clean and nice. The room was very nice and comfortable. The A/C worked great. It’s only a few minutes walk to the train station. There are real good restaurants within a few minutes walk. If we ever get back to Munich I will stay here.

This was the perfect place for us to stay (two friends) for a long weekend - room was big enough with two twin beds. Everything was comfortable, clean and quiet. Great atmosphere in the lobby and courtyard. Coffee, tea and apples available all the time. The most friendly and kind and helpful staff. An amazing location next to the central station and walking distance to the Old Town and museums and tons of cafes and restaurants. The wifi was not the strongest, but this was a neglible factor. Would defintely stay here again.

Great hotel 10 minutes walk from main station . Friendly and helpful staff , my room on the 6th floor at the back of the hotel was lovely, quiet , and had a comfortable bed. No bar but a refrigerator at reception with beer soft drinks and wine. They have a €10 per day voucher if you do not have your room cleaned, you can use to exchange for drinks from the refrigerator. I would recommend this hotel
