Booked the wrong city by mistake and contacted the hotel only 6 minutes after payment. Despite the immediate notice and polite communication, the hotel refused any refund or even partial refund. Extremely disappointing customer service and zero flexibility in an obvious human error situation.

I have been staying there many times and was really satisfied and recommended this place to everyone, but this time I was unpleasantly surprised that free mini bar was empty, the shower doors were not watertight so I had water on the floor in the bathroom after each showering, the hairdryer was not effective enough - it took too long to dry my hair, it was very hot in the room and the blanket was too thick, self-checking at 2:00 am was really complicated - it was difficult to find out how to open the box at night to use the code provided as no instructions how to open it were provided.

Good location. The breakfast is really nice and o a fair price. The rooms are a little dated.

Ok stay, noyhing special. Hotel form the outside looks nice and somewhat modern. However especially the rooms are very outdated, with furnishing that goes back 20-30 years. Bed was comfortable, but from the bathroom came unpleasant smell the entire time. Also there is a church next to the hotel, which rang their bells loudly each morning at 07. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included but nothing fancy, basic bread, cereal, fruits and such. For the price, I would not recommend. However this was during Oktoberfest which is probably when all hotels increase prices 3x. Location was a bit remote.
