193 euros per night and it looks quite old and outdated and inside it smells of food quite strongly and a stuffy smell. this is not a guesthouse price it is a 5 star hotel price

This is my new favorite hotel in Munich. A kind of hotel you don’t find in many places anymore. A small, welcoming and authentic, family run hotel in a beautiful building with rich history. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast excellent and the service very friendly and accommodating for their guests.

Absolutely FANTASTIC hotel! I almost never write reviews on Google, but Tanja and her team deserve it. The building had such character, in a wonderful area with beautiful views of LMU and the Siegestor. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the free breakfast was outstanding. Plus, the team went above and beyond to be helpful, with flexibility on check-in and check-out and little extras that make the stay all that more enjoyable. Not to mention, it's all outstanding value for money. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, great location. Multiple toilets/showers per floor, more than enough for the rooms. Delicious breakfast and great service. The location can't be beat - 5 minutes from the English Garden, 2 minutes from the subway, easy access to the old town. The only issue was the parking, I had to search a bit for a spot, ended up a couple of minutes away from the hotel. That said, there are many spots along the street, just need to be a bit lucky or there at the right time
