The location give us more different faces of Munich (beautiful avenue and greens in residential area)and very good reasonable price restaurants in neighbor. Maybe because of the location, no weekend evening noises. The room was clean and simple with good hot water shower. Early bird supermarket,(from 7:00AM), good public transport connections. And also the police station is behind of the hotel. Safe place.

The hotel staff was really very friendly and helpful. The room (single room) was very small but clean and okay for me for one night. The location was excellent, nice neighborhood and close to the U-Bahn. I also loved that I could park my car in the hotel garage.

If you value hygiene, I suggest looking elsewhere in Munich. I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in this hotel. - Mold Issues: There was significant black mold and grime on the showerhead, the shower hose, and even on the ceiling/walls of the room. - Lack of Maintenance: The walls and doors were stained and dirty, showing a complete lack of basic upkeep. - Health Concerns: I experienced skin irritation and itching during my stay, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.

A boutique hotel that is located not to far from the main stations and to subway. Rooms and common areas are good. Sometimes the service has been a bit "stingy" by not refilling soap, shampoo, etc. even if it was clearly finishing. Breakfast is not bad but kind of expensive is bought separately. The area has good bars and restaurants.
