München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Nice hotel, best location, friendly service. The hotel is well equipped, rooms are ok size not very small. Very clean, room cleaning every 2 day. Well organized. The staff is great once you get to know them better. We stayed for 7 days. Rooms are sound isolated, only the closing of the doors are little loud. Some tv/screen in the lounge area will improve and add more life to the sitting areas. Were you can watch a game or sports. With no sound. Bar area is great, drinks are goed and service is great. Breakfast is good but needs some improvements 1. warm/fresh bread every day. We experienced that some( not all) days the bread was old and not warm(around 7-8 am). 2.Need some warm breakfast options like some warm sausages and scrambled eggs. Overall great time during our stay. We want to thank all the staff!

The hotel has a very good location and is convenient for reaching many places. However, there are signs asking guests not to open the windows because insects may enter, so the air conditioning needs to be used all the time, which can sometimes affect the air quality in the room. The rooms are a bit small, with limited storage space, and there is no coffee machine or kettle available in the room. On the positive side, you can request free ice from the bar, which is a nice detail. Overall, the hotel is a good choice mainly because of its location, but it is better not to have very high expectations regarding the room facilities.

Motel One is always modern and beautifully decorated. Location was great everything within walking distance. Our room however for 2 adults and a child was tiny. There was no space to have your suitcase open or to have a chair to be able to sit down. On one side of the bed you were 30cm from the wall. You pay extra for a child but your room is the size for a single person, maximum 2 people. Very disappointing!

Very small rooms. Good enough for two young people. Clean and modern. Bed is comfortable- queen size. Friendly staff, reasonable price. Central location, 20 min walk to old town center, or two stops with subway. Breakfast buffet offered for around $20.
