Very very bad experience, never had such bad experience with any other hotel in so many years of using hotels. They charged unnecessary, gave wrong information and was willing to not cooperate. The bed were not good - and what is this logic that you have to give kes to them when you step out of hotel and take again when you step in. Please check properly before booking!

The location was great just 3 stops from center and the bus stop was in 1 minute walk. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, towels were fresh and they clean the room every day and change the towels. The front desk was working 24/7 and all receptionists were very helpful and kind. I was feeling safe there. In front of the hotel there were supermarkets LIDL AND DM 2 minutes walk. In the room there wasn’t electric kettle but near the reception there was a bar and you can use that one also there was microwave. And if you need hairdryer you should ask for one in the reception.) P.S there was lift too which is very good after coming back from long walking))) Overall I strongly recommend this place for booking and staying for long time

All reception staff were very kind and helpful. Seyham (the manager) was super nice to me and changed my rooms due to my request for needing a mini fridge for my medication. In addition to this, she lent me shoes which I needed for a wedding that I was attending and provided me with a pin for dress. Seyham also told me about the bakery across the road which was needed. She is lovely and very kind. Thankyou very much for everything! Amazing place to stay! You will feel right at home! Also, there's a beautiful magical sounding bells everytime you enter/exit the hotel which is beautiful!

IF YOU’RE A FOREIGNER TO MUNICH & GERMANY LIKE MYSELF, YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE! This hotel uses physical, actual keys and not cards or programmed keys. I’m not even complaining about the fact that the rooms are not hotel-like, or the fact that you’ll be sleeping as if you’re on the street, or tens of other basic details one expects to have in hotel. The cherry on top was being told - on my last day of stay, on my way out to get breakfast in the morning around 7AM - by the receptionist that I needed to leave the key before heading out. I protested and ended up leaving stating that I will be back before 11 to collect my stuff from the room. Shortly after I left I realized that this encounter was suspicious and decided to go back in and take my luggage with me to breakfast and that’s when I was faced with an even angrier receptionist being absolutely adamant about leaving the key and demanded that I prove to him that I haven’t lost the key, after I showed him that I still have the key and that I will be back before 11 because I have time left on my room until the checkout time, he just kept saying that I have to return the key without providing a valid excuse for this made up p
