When booking accommodation or travel services in Germany, confirm the check-in window, whether the rate includes breakfast and the local city tax (Kurtaxe or Bettensteuer), and what the cancellation terms are; pensions and Gasthöfe are often family-run and appreciate notice. Reviews that mention noise, bed size, Wi-Fi and cleanliness are usually the most useful. Prices jump around trade fairs, the Christmas markets, Oktoberfest and the summer school holidays, so book early for those dates.
No opening hours are on file. München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I had a fantastic stay at this nice, modern, clean hotel. The interior decoration and construction is fantastic, the rooms are quiet, I love the location. However, I have some serious feedback: - the QR code breakfast system is very confusing. Wonderful service at the bar to help me figure it out. - staff tried to enter my room at 8:00 in the morning while I was in there. - breakfast is very disappointing for the price. I know it’s modern trend to automate everything but I miss the days of reception and having people to talk to for your problems. I would definitely come back if they made some effort with these issues.

Convenient location on Marienplatz Pasing. Easy walk to station and tram and bus stops just outside. Wide selection of eating places in the vicinity, including a bar/lounge in the hotel. I like the design and quality of the room we had which cost a little more for the extra space. Check in and access worked well with the codes. The voucher for a drink in return for not needing room cleaning was a nice touch. Some of us like the convenience of tea/coffee facilities in the room for hours when the bar and coffee shops are closed... unfortunately not in this hotel? Bathroom slippers would add a touch of luxury for little expense.

- Rooms were clean, new, and well-kept - Location is away from city center but conveniently located near train station and groceries - Service is abyssmal -- Contacted customer service online 2x for two different reasons. Both times the agents were rude (interrupting, aggressive tone, seem to be bothered by the call). Take note: in one of the calls, I was in the reception at 10 AM after a long travel unable to check-in as I was missing some information -- Breakfast service is also not good - staff seemed understaffed and stressed. Hotel was booked by my company as a group of 14, but somehow only my room was not listed for breakfast so the staff told me to call customer service again to sort it out as they are only in charge of serving breakfast. I understand the "online only system", but: a) See my experience with their customer service hotline above b) I was in a business trip already stressed and using the morning to finish my work, wanting to just get "breakfast" in peace (which is btw only 2 pieces of bread, butter, jam, nutella, coffee/tea, and orange juice)...and this man...instead of helping me and offering solutions, just kept pointing out that my booking did not include br

Location is good, very close to train station. Check-in was smooth. Cleanliness is also good. Bed is hard and super comfortable (for me). A nice breakfast area, and although breakfast is limited, it still makes a nice start for the day. The attemdant in the breakfast area was very polite. But unfortunately I have to give this a low score on 2 issues. Issue 1: extractor fan in shower is too loud, and must surely have some issue. With the shower being just next to the bed, and the extractor always on, this is quite inconvenient. Issue 2: when showering, the drain seems a bit clogged so water starts accumulating in the tray. So if you take a long shower (2 mins continuous), the water will overflow in the room. Although flagged these 2 issues by their Whatsapp support number,, after the 1st night I was told someone will come at 11am to fix the issues and that they will update me. I received no message during the day, and when I returned in the eve the issues were still presentt. 2 nights in and still.
