We had an excellent stay for 2 nights. We did not try the breakfast so cannot comment on that. The shower was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent - a short distance to public transport on many directions. In the local area there is a large park and palace gardens - we enjoyed running here. It was free for the public to use the grounds. You are also close to one of the largest outdoor beer halls - we didn’t get to experience this as we visited in winter but during summer - that would be a great place to visit. The customer service was fantastic - very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We would come back if visiting Munich again and would highly recommend choosing this place for your visit!

Sebas is the greatest. Most friendly concierge you will find anywhere. Any question you may have he will have an answer. Hotel room is as advertised. Be sure to open the windows if room gets a bit stuffy. Very comfortable.

Our family of 3 stayed 5 nights after arriving directly from Australia. Our room was ready early so we were able to unpack out bags and rest about 6 hours before usual checkin. The breakfast was very convenient with a good range of food. Rooms were spatious and warm and cosy in winter - so warm we initally had to open the window even when it was snowing! The main bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed was OK but a little hard. Both rooms had TVs. It was an easy tram ride to the city centre (15 mins or so after walking two blocks) with plenty of food options nearby at Romanplatz. Staff at reception were very helpful with good information and transport tickets for sale.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kriemhild. Sebastian was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood and just a few minutes’ walk to the tram. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay in Munich.
