I stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with a direct connection from the airport and convenient access to the main points of interest in the city. This kind of proactive communication would make the experience even smoother and trustful as she mentioned it is off in all the rooms but we felt the heater in the public spaces like the lobby and the restaurant. Breakfast was also enjoyable, and the team was attentive and helpful. I have a suggestion that might enhance the breakfast offering and bring in extra revenue: consider selling fresh orange jui
