I really had a very bad experience where the housekeeping just entered the room without even knocking, she had the card she’s swiped and she just walked into the room twice, when I started to confronted her like this is wrong and she can’t enter it and she was trying to defend it is how it is. How can a hotel management have such a rules where you can just enter without even knocking or asking the permission to come when people are still inside. mannerless people, and then worst service ever I had, and I didn’t expect this from a German, which is the first world country, they say

My experience with the reception was extremely disappointing. During a phone call, the receptionist was rude, arrogant, and highly unprofessional. The tone of the conversation was completely inappropriate and made me feel as if I was bothering them rather than simply asking for assistance. Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not the case. This kind of behavior does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of this level. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

(+) Rooms are clean and spacious (+) Value to price ratio is high. (+) Saves you with a parking spot(10€), since it is impossible to find one outside. (-) Acoustic insulation is poor, but that depends on the next room people. Overall: perfect for a short trip if you want to discover München and the main monuments.

This is the second time that I come to this hotel, but they never fix their televisions. I choose this hotel because you have smart tv, but it doesn’t connect to Netflix or YouTube. You should fix it. And thank you for the helpful reception, there was a guy with glasses and he was very helpful.
