I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay in June, the weather was extremely warm, yet my room did not have a fan or any form of cooling. 😓 When I raised the issue with the receptionist and explained that the room was uncomfortably hot, I was told that the hotel had no spare fans available. The only suggestion offered was that I try to buy one myself from a store—on a Sunday evening, when most stores were already closed. I found the lack of support and concern for guest comfort quite frustrating. This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I stated at room 412.

This place is nice the room and bathroom was large I was on the top floor and it has a tiny balcony that you can sit at. The hotel is a little bit older but that adds to its charm. The staff were super helpful especially when I arrived at 9am

Really did not want to leave a bad review for this place - especially as the reception staff has been nothing but great. However, I left my necklace here and I contacted them the same day letting them know about the fact that I left it there and that it was the last time I had seen it in the morning - just before getting dressed in the morning on the bed, next to my clothes. They told me from the start they haven’t found anything. This is a decent place in a good location, but make sure you don’t leave anything behind.

this is my last night here at this hotel and I didnt want to leave without leaving a review! 5 stars for this hotel for many reasons, our stay here was amazing you have a really good room, yes its not the most modern, it's not the most beautiful but, everything you need is here. the service is PERFECT people at the reception are very helpful and friendly always smiling and help with anything. breakfast is amazing, they have lots of things, and the woman who works im the breakfast room shes very friendly and welcoming, there were no eggs left cause the breakfast time almost done but she made me one egg for me anyway. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. the location is perfect. close to everything, we didnt use the trains at all its 18 mins from Altstadt (old city), 7 minutes from english Garten, 25 minutes from hauptbahnhof, all by foot. the area is full of resturants and caffes. *IMPORTANT* if youre going to use internet a lot or work from here, the wifi is unfortunately very slow.other than that everything was okay:)

The best part of staying at this hotel was definitely the staff. They were absolutely exceptional. Especially when I arrived in the morning, even though my reservation check-in time was for 2 PM, they kindly allowed me to have some coffee. I also had, I think, an apple strudel, which was honestly the most delicious one I have ever tasted. It was a very pleasant experience, and everything was excellent.
