Although I did not end up staying at Hotel Antares München, I wanted to leave a review because my experience with the staff was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They went out of their way to assist me and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. Based on my interaction with the team, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would gladly consider staying here on a future visit to Munich.

Unfortunately, my stay was a major disappointment. The room was extremely small and, in my opinion, not worth the price charged. For a hotel in this price range, I expected significantly more comfort and a better overall experience. The reception experience was particularly disappointing. The staff member I encountered appeared unfriendly, overwhelmed, and not very service-oriented. A professional and welcoming attitude towards guests should be a basic standard, especially in a hotel charging these prices. The parking situation was also a major issue. I arrived with a Mercedes V-Class, and the underground parking garage with its car elevator was extremely small and not suitable for a larger vehicle. This information was not clearly communicated on the booking platform I used, Booking.com, which made the situation even more frustrating upon arrival. The breakfast was the only truly positive aspect of my stay. It was fresh, varied, and met my expectations. Overall, the value for money did not meet my expectations. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this hotel. I have decided to post this review anonymously because I noticed that legal action was mentioned in respo

My experience was good, it's located in a quiet street with some nice restaurants. The receptionists were great, the breakfast buffet was simple. I would consider coming here again.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Antares. The location is perfect—very well located and within walking distance to many points of interest. A huge thanks to Ivana at the front desk; she was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The staff in the coffee area were also very polite, and the breakfast was delicious with great variety. As for the room, it was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
