About Homaris Apartments München Laim

Located at Aindorferstraße 82, 80689 München, Homaris Apartments München Laim operates as a hotel serving München in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as apartment mit zusatzleistungen, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

When booking accommodation or travel services in Germany, confirm the check-in window, whether the rate includes breakfast and the local city tax (Kurtaxe or Bettensteuer), and what the cancellation terms are; pensions and Gasthöfe are often family-run and appreciate notice. Reviews that mention noise, bed size, Wi-Fi and cleanliness are usually the most useful. Prices jump around trade fairs, the Christmas markets, Oktoberfest and the summer school holidays, so book early for those dates.

No opening hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times, and remember that most shops in Germany close on Sundays and public holidays. You can reach Homaris Apartments München Laim on 030 439796932; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. More information is available on its website, my.homaris.de.

Its Google rating stands at 2.8 out of 5 from 82 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Maybe 2 stars is generous, but honestly it's was cheap, so you kinda get what you pay for. The main issue we had was the cleaning before arrival. And the general standard of the room. So many small things that were fixed improperly. Even the paint on the wall was just a half-ass job. I feel like 1 day with a handy man and 200 euro in suppliers could do a lot. To mention a few: The curtains were too short. The glass door hanger in the bathroom was lose and didn't close. The beds in each room had something either lose or broken. The chairs in the living room had lose screws and were floppy.

The self service was not working as easy as in the checkin explanation (link open did not work), and tried yo help other visitors in the night which could not enter the room. Bathroom could be cleaner. Some things have been fixed with a plastic tape.

The rating of this place is way lower than it should be - I was really worried about booking this place based off of the reviews but I had a very pleasant experience! My room a clean and tidy - there was no smell of smoke. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the train station that took me to and from the airport directly. Location might not be ideal for people looking to explore!

We loved the apartment and there was an amazing view from the balcony. We’ve had a few issues with the bathroom and toilet doors as they didn’t have a lock and one of them didn’t close properly. Other than that, everything else went smoothly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Munich for a few days!
