We stayed July 9-12. Our stay was comfortable in some respects, but several service experiences left us really disappointed. What made our stay unpleasant: 1. Lack of hospitality at check-in When we arrived around 11:00 a.m., I politely asked whether an early check-in might be possible. I understood the room might not be ready, but the request was declined immediately without anyone checking the system. I had also emailed the hotel in advance about the possibility of early check-in, which is why I asked. While I understand it cannot always be accommodated, I would have appreciated someone checking availability before giving a firm “no.” The warm, hospitable service I experienced through email did not match our check-in experience. I also asked if my friend, who was not staying at the hotel, could leave a bag at the front desk together with our bags (a small bag which they didn’t know because they didn’t even asked). I was simply asked, “well, is she a guest at our hotel?” When I answered no, the response was, “Then no.” The interaction felt abrupt and lacked the hospitality I had expected. 2. I encourage you to book this hotel! We found the hotel staff to be most welcoming and helpful. The duty manager, Mr. Chaibi, was particularly gracious and accommodating and genuinely wanted to ensure that all our needs were met. The rooms are a nice size with good air con and water pressure in the shower. The property itself is immaculate. A 12 minute walk or so in to town is the icing on the cake.

100% recommended, staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and being so close to the Sbahn, it is super easy to reach the city center and airport. The rooms are very spacious and very clean , really liked the soaps they use in the bathroom, some hotels use cheap stuff and you can feel it in the skin, this was a really good point for me. Staff accommodated us and as IHG member was easier to ask for late check out
