München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
See the other parks, zoos & gärten in München listed below to compare ratings, hours and locations before you decide. Details on this page come from public sources and may change; confirm anything important by phone before relying on it. Business owners can claim the listing to keep it up to date.

Beautiful green park. Went for a walk and running here.

This is an amazing park with an open playground for playing football, tennis courts, table tennis, volleyball, pickleball. We usually go over the weekend to play some table tennis and a stroll through the park.

Nice place to take your kids and dogs! New additions to the park made it better!

Very grim looking place. There are several unmaintained pitches with decaying equipment. Apart from an expensive tennis club, the area is ever under construction and mostly unusable. It's OK for walking dogs and launching drones. I'm surprised these grounds in rich Munich are left to rot. Does not make a good name for the title owner. The old Siemens factory grounds across the road don't look much better.

Would go there a lot more often if it is located close to my home. Relatively lower hall price, it has a very big changing room, good lighting in the halls.
