This accommodation is a scam, avoid at all cost. My elderly parents and their friends booked through Agoda expecting to have two rooms to themselves. A day before they were meant to stay, the host sent a message telling them that their rooms are in a different location, different from what was listed on Agoda. Not only that, the rooms offered was in the flat that the host and someone else are living in. The flat itself is run down and not well kept, dirty, and did not look ANYTHING like the photos of the rooms listed on Agoda. The rooms were not acceptable but they had NO choice but to stay because it was late and the lack of alternative accomodation at such a last minute. After feedback was given, the host agreed verbally to cancel and refund the cost fully. We have contacted Agoda regarding this and was told to settle it with the host, but the host has unsurprisingly ghosted us. This is not the first time he is acting in bad faith, looking at Google reviews two weeks ago he has done the very same thing to multiple guests, offering them rooms in his flat that is different to the original listing hence forcing them to stay in a substandard living space when they have no other ch

Absolutely disgraceful. Had booked months in advance, then upon arrival, no one would answer the phone. After a while someone just arrived saying they hadn’t seen the booking, and had no rooms. They said we could share their personal apartment. Likewise they wouldn’t answer to the reservation company on purpose, which delayed the assistance from the platform we used to book. I would recommend even checking the map. There’s professional hotels 10 min from here at the same cost and all the proper services one would expect. Steer clear of this place.

Loved my stay! Super clean rooms, friendly staff, and an amazing location next to the subway. Comfortable, quiet, and welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again.
