I have stayed here with my family and liked the service and the rooms. It is typical exhibition hotel but offers quiet and pleasant accommodating for families if you choose to stay out of exhibition dates. Parking fee is expensive (25€) but you can easily find overnight nearby free street parkings.

Hotel room is decent and clean. However, the hotel bathroom door couldnt be locked. What was disappointing was that when we communicated this to two hotel staff on different occasions, both told us thay was the "default" and nothing could be done about it. If you are considering Hotel H4, do take note of this. Customer service definitely can be improved.

Fantastic stay! Great location, modern rooms, and amazing amenities. I am absolutely thrilled with my stay at H4 Hotel München. Getting to the hotel from the Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) and Marienplatz is very quick and easy. One of the best things is the location—right across the street is Riem Arcaden, a massive shopping center. It has huge Edeka and Rewe supermarkets, and honestly, the choice of restaurants and fast food places is incredible. You can smell the delicious food as soon as you walk nearby! As for the hotel itself, the staff is very kind and professional. Everything is clean, beautiful, and modern. In our room, we were welcomed by a coffee machine, and the coffee was excellent. A huge plus is that guests can use the sauna and the small gym for free. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Munich! I love prompt engineering — Deuspixel
