Recently returned from a short break. Found the rooms very spacious and comfortable. Equipped with iron and board, hairdryer and kettle, safe also in room . Facility's at breakfast were fine, machine for hot beverages also buffet style breakfast offering hot and cold food. Staff were pleasant and helpful nothing was ever a bother. Night desk staff were pleasant and we were able to order pizza and drink bottles from fridge and pay at reception. 5 min walk to underground and approx 10 min walk from main station. Would recommend and will/would stay here again.

Not mopping the floor everyda is one thing but a dirty tissue on the floor 3 meters from front desk is extreme. Noone cared for 3 days to pick up a garbage from the floor. Don’t have to be 5 star hotel for basic things like this. The whole hotel was neglected. Rooms were not properly deep cleaned for years. Limescale build up, mold on the grout, sink drain never been cleaned, windows were only cleaned by the rain. Cockroach on bathroom floor. Hairdryer missing, bodywash bottle empty and not even refilling after asking for it. Rudely sent away from breakfast even though we paid for it in advance. We were traveling to Munich for a concert. Demand for hotel rooms went high for this weekend so we paid 200% of the original price of the room and for their last look which most likely was the one they usually leave empty since the blinds on the window were broken. That was a huge rip-off.

Good location, near to a metro stop and 15 min by walking to the train station and lots of restaurant s in a walling distance. The room was a deluxe double, with good space, with a big bathroom, but did not feel "deluxe" in any way. Also, there was a locked door confining with the next room, which was kind of unsettling. Despite the neighborhood being nice, there were lots of cars passing at night and the room is very badly soundproofed: I could hear both cars outside and other pople in other rooms inside. Checkin was quick. Breakfast was overpriced at around 17€ per person. Overall I would not come back

Very nice small hotel, reception is friendly, early check in near 11:00 was possible for a small extra of 10 euro. Room is big enough and what is main - very clean. Surroundings are quiet and safe, bakery in 6 mins walk and brewery in 10 mins walk. Best option to make reservation on their website- rate there is the best. Recommend for short stay if you want to have a safe walk back at the late evening.
