I have 5 stars for location, closer to supermarkets, apothek, tram, metro and bus station. 4 stations away from Munich central station through U2 line. Easily accessible through codes provided, clear communication, quick response on WhatsApp, spacious rooms, comfortable amenities. Overall a great experience, wonderful Host, it was quite easy to talk to them on WhatsApp and they really listen to your concerns and provide apt amends. Only thing which people should know beforehand (also in their room details), it's not a conventional hotel, no reception (available through WhatsApp, prompt response), no refrigerator inside the room, we didn't have coffee sachets and spoons, which is not a big problem for us. Hence, for us it was perfect. Absolutely worth for money.

I waited 3 nights to write a review. As I see that the property takes the comments seriously, I'm going to write a thorough review. If you want to identify as a hotel, you have to have some standards. Pros: - Great location, 10 minutes from Marienplatz - Clean rooms - Air conditioner Cons: - Soundproofing is nonexistent. There is a constant stomping noise in the rooms. If there is a stomper staying above your room (seriously people, learn how to walk already) your whole sleep routine is damaged. you can hear every word your neighbour says and every noise they make. - No human contact: There isn't any front desk. They only send you a link to open the door and that's it. If you have any problems or you don't have internet, have fun finding someone. Lot's of international tourists don't have cellular internet connection or their phone may be dead after a long flight. You can't get to your room without an internet connection and you can't use the wifi without looking for its password online. I really hated this. - check in starts at 15:00 and check out is at 11. In almost all other places, check in is at 14 (they even give your room earlier if it's ready) and check out is at 12 which t

Pluses and minuses. Original idea of “digital” hotel, modern, clean. For the cattle offered would be nice to have welcoming tea (4 bags of tea is nothing compare to the price) especially for those who arrive late and everything is closed. I needed a body lotion - not provided, very strange. With no reception we watched the virtual welcome on the TV; took the advise to visit the cafe Kyso “around the corner” and were very disappointed - not coffee, not the bakery were not good and coffee small size only (if you want a normal coffee size you need to pay twice)). So the next day we had Lavazza around another corner in Lavazza Bistro.

Great location. Close to U-Bahn. Parking available but quite tight! Rooms very clean. Fully self service but uncomplicated. Only thing we didn’t like were the pillows! Loved the sofa in the entrance hall! Would stay again.

Great location and very good public transport connections to the rest of the city. The hotel and rooms are very neat and clean. Easy self check in via an online portal/app where you can unlock all doors, request room cleaning, order new towels and contact the staff. The only thing that bothered me was the motion sensor that turns on the light in the middle of the night when you get out of bed. In any case, I am satisfied with the accommodation and I will be happy to come back again when I am in Munich.
