Living at Brera is amazing - centrally located, with the bus stop right in front. There's a Beat81 (HIIT) downstairs and a Rewe grocery (where you can get Pfand anytime). There were times I didn't have to leave the building just because I had everything at my disposal. Living beside Olympia Park had its perks too! Was able to attend multiple events like Mash and Tollwood, and eat Kartoffell and Churros anytime I like. The area is generally safe, very local and residential with kids playing locally in the area. I also like how the bus station is only around 30 minutes away by commute, so you can venture to anywhere you like for a quick day trip! Our room had a lot of shelves, cabinets and spaces to put all of my stuff, plus a big working table which is quite rare, so I didn't feel cramped at all. Customer support is also amazing - Max was pretty helpful with anything I need and friendly too! I can always get supplies in the supply room, and the washing machine (paid - 3.6 euros wash, 2.6 euros dry) was very convenient! If you're visiting Munich for the first time and will be staying for quite some time, I think this is a very good location! Otherwise, if you only have 3 days the

The apartments are ideally located for visiting Munich. They are right opposite a series of tram-bus stops and are in the immediate vicinity of a small supermarket and bar. The room was very warm and reasonably quiet, despite the proximity of the main road. The bathroom was clean with a lovely walk-in shower. Storage facilities were ample. The bed wasn't the most comfortable owing to the shape of the mattresses relative to the bed. However, they sufficed for a-couple of nights. Communication via automated messaging was efficient and the check-in-procedure was pretty straightforward. It would have been nice to have seen a member of staff at some point, but I have no absolutely no complaints regarding the service.

Lived at Brera in Munich for about 18 months- both in Studio and 2 room apartment in 2020 and 2021. So can genuinely give a review. Great staff- very welcoming and courteous. Superb location- Westendstrasse. Everyone speaks english at Brera. 5 mins by ubahn to hauptbahnof! Air conditioning available too, which is a rare find. Supermarket Hit at 1 min walk! Dominos 2/3 mins walk. Bus station just downstairs l. U bahn and tram station about 50 m. At that time, we dealt with Chris, Kaja and Dragon Perfect place to live for short and long term. Cheers

I stayed at Brera Serviced Apartments for one month, and it left me with a wonderful impression of my trip to Germany. The location is unbeatable — a supermarket downstairs, great public transport right outside, and the Olympic Park just steps away. The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful, making me feel truly at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a complete kitchen, coffee machine, and a convenient laundry room. A perfect place to stay — highly recommended!
