München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

3 mins walk from station, helpful friendly staff, comfy bed, modern rooms and bathroom. Only a 4 star, but there is nothing extra I could suggest to make it better. For us it was perfect and we were very happy with our stay 🙂

I stayed at this hotel between 12-19 May 2026. I mainly chose Germania Boutique Hotel for its location and didn’t have high expectations however my stay turned out to be very pleasant. The room I was given had a minibar and tea/coffee machine. Free bottle of water was also available. The room was very clean and good in size plus the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and beverages. If I ever return to Munich I would book this hotel again

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great value. The service was exceptional from start to finish—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel’s location is also ideal—convenient and well-connected, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. What impressed me the most was the incredible value for money. The quality of the facilities, service, and overall experience far exceeded the price. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of excellent service, great food, warm hospitality, and a prime location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
