Elevator is broken. They don't announce that before booking. You need to order water and fridge in advance as lady at reception told us it is "luxury". Had to take stairs to 4th floor, its ok, just inconvinient if you have heavy luggage you need to get lower floor as it will be hard to carry it up 4-5 flights of stairs and no one helps so be careful with that. Good things are the staff are reception are generally friendly. Morning staff were very nice. We got free breakfast as compensation for broken elevator, the breakfast was very good. Room is spacious for a German hotel. Overall we were ok to stay here, but some issues made it not super nice for us.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Bold Hotel München. The rooms were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and everything needed for a relaxing visit. The hotel’s contemporary style creates a welcoming atmosphere without feeling overdone. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location is convenient, with good public transport connections that make it easy to explore Munich while still being in a quieter neighborhood. Overall, Bold Hotel provides excellent value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Munich.

No wifi reception at room, one towel for 2 guests, no daily cleaning, loud cleaners at 7am speaking russian, sent us an email stating elevator is not working after the booking and payment (impossible to travel with elderly). P.s. What's the point of trusting google reviews anymore as the owners remove bad reviews anyways.

I usually go to Munich for business and most of the time I stay in this hotel. The rooms are very nice, the location is centric , the U bahn is exactly in from of the hotel which makes connections very convenient. Also this last time I stayed in a room with a kitchen cabinet and it was really good. The only “bad” thing I can mention is the WiFi since is not really good, specially if you want to work from the hotel.
