München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Nice location, nice team and great hospitality. Located at the best part of Laim. Near to the tram and bus stops. 7-8 mins to Pasing. Easy to find markets and restaurants around. We have stayed around 2 weeks at the apart with no issues. Apartments with gardens are recommended. Cleaning interval is once a week but if you request more you’ll not be turned back. Kitchen’s equipped with many proper and clean stuff you’d need. Parking garage with elevator to the apartment is available. Special thanks to Stephan, who made our first days in Germany easier.

I've been at many airbnbs, hotels, apartments, but I have to say, Amenity Garden apartments is the best place to stay in Munich. The apartment is at a very quiet part of the city, with very good connection to the downtown. The room/apartment is very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. Each apartment has a cozy, small garden terrace. I loved it, especially when it was oriented to the sunny southern side. From my first visit, the staff was very friendly and willing to help in everything. They always seek and help to fulfill all the guest's needs. Absolutely satisfied with both, the place and the staff as well. I highly recommend it!

Good Location, COSY & Comfortable!! Netflix & Youtube which has been a relieving ChaNge from trying to watching German dubbed TV for the past 5days in other hotels. No complaints with this one! Clean, spacious, quite from the city bussle. Suburby feel but just what you need after walking through crowds in the city & xmas markets. Heating & shower- awesome!!!Just 12 stops away(30mins)on tram from the City. Small shops/Markts down the road as well as some good restuarants. Staff weren't in on check-in but were easy enough to contact & process was breezy.
