If you just need a room to sleep, this option is for you. If you need a little bit of service, you should find another hotel. Reception staff is not trained nor can do much help with any issues you might have. And they are only there until 3pm. This should have been commnicated when receiving the booking Confirmation. The beds are great, but we had someone coming into our room at night who got the wrong keys. This should not happen.

Great location near the tram stop. Extremely kind and welcoming staff. Room is basic but very comfortable. There are a few steps to get into reception.

If you just need to overnight for a business, then it is ideal place to stay. There was a problem with getting instructions for check in, I had to call Booking.com for help. They were very helpfull and resolved it. But I recommend to AINO not to send so many emails ( when a person is on the travel has no time to read), but to send clear and short instructions about check in.Everything else is ok.

I was a bit hesitant to make a reservation here after reading some of the older reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised during my stay. The room appears very modern and everything seems new. It's decently big and has everything you need during your stay including a small kitchenette. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The check-in process was simple and I was even able to get my room a bit earlier than the stated check-in time. There's also a grocery store located in the same building and transportation links (bus/tram) are located across the street. All-in-all, a great stay!
