I am really sorry that I have to write this review because I am so thankful to LMU for other reasons and other visits. But I went to the dermatological clinic today and waited from 8:00 - 13:00. There is only one doctor. I have an acute Urticaria with strong itching reactions and frequent itching waves for almost two weeks. I am taking a therapy with Fexofenadin/antihistamine which they proposed it to me 3 years ago. Now it get worst with this therapy and I wanted to ask for a help maybe cortison or some other solution because I wake at 5 am in the morning with strong itching. The doctor looked at me today and send me home without discussing with me. I told him but I am here since 8:00. He said come tomorrow from 7:00 and wait because it is not acute. I am asking my self what is happening with this department and Why since years they can not organise this examinations better? How is it possibile that there is only one doctor?

I would like to deeply thank all of the great professionals working in there. From friendly nurses to all the doctors. 2 times when I went here with emergency situation and stayed overnight in the clinic - I received great care and professional treatment, which I deeply appreciate 🌟 What should be improved is all in the scope of clinic management / hiring: 1. Clearly not enough doctors in the open hours, hopefully there is possibility to hire more 2. Receptionists in the aufnahme don’t consult \ triage the emergency level. I believe they should. First time I came here with Quincke ödem and had issues with breathing. They sent me to wait in the queue, while I definitely had to be sent to the separate notfall room. When after few hours my conditioned got even worse and I came back - only then they recommended me to try emergency room. 3. Agree with communication about lunch time for the doctors - would be good to write it somewhere, for awareness of all the people who sit and wait to be called in that time window. 4. Maybe limit the number of “numbers” per day? You probably have the data of how many tickets requested daily on average VS how many patients were called. Why not li

I would only regret to be there! Waiting for 5h! 5h!to visit the doctor for less 5min! I had really severe skin problems with growing Ausschlag whole body within the week after the tick bite, she said it’s allergies gave me a creme without any examination and sent me out. I can tell her impatient after I describe or ask something, make me feel like I should not ask anything or complain anything going on my skin.. then why should I visit the doctor?

Service: The quality of the medical service is excellent. The doctors speak perfect English and are very helpful. They also do professional photos before and after the treatment to monitor the improvement. The nurses are very kind and professional. Downside: You need to plan for at least 1.5 hours of waiting even if you have an appointment! Keep that in mind when planning the visit!

Good support and helping hands offered by the staff. If you are there without an appointment (for an OP visit) plan 4 - 5 hours for the whole process. Better reach the klinik between 7:30AM and 8AM. You have to take the token first and then.. wait.. wait.. and wait... First you have the registration process and then after you are called by the doctors.
