We went there for my nonstop headache, nausea and dizziness but we have waited there more than an hour in the waiting room. A nurse came over and gathered information but when it was our turn, they started taking care of something else and told us to wait another 30 mins cause they had some meals to distribute. What kind of a hospital is this? We have registered through the emergency part, yet no one took care of us. + When we wanted to leave, the woman told us if we left, she’d be calling the police, therefore we had to sign a paper informing that we were leaving. HOWEVER, when we went back back to the service point, another lady told us there is no such thing as this. What the hell? Are you treating us that badly just because we are international students? The nurse was also from another country though. SO IRONIC.

Where should I start from, the professional nursing staff or professional Doctors that did not fail to smile at your face and really listen to you and redirect you to the right cure. This was by far one of the best hospitals I have ever visited in my life and I had to stay for one night to do colognscopy, the place is very clean and the stuff are always available and attentive. Out of my heart thank you for the great experience and special thanks to Dr. AXEL löwe ✅

My husband is a complicated lung disease patient. He has been treated for many years in different countries. We have never met such a professional and human attitude as in Augustinum clinic München, in particular in the pulmonology department. We would like to thank the head of the department Dr.med.Werner von Wulffen for his high professionalism, care, effective organisation of treatment. Thanks a lot Prof.Reichenberger and Dr.Hoffmann. All these doctors are distinguished not only by their professional qualities but also by their human qualities.Also we would like to thank nurses of department 5 and 1. They were always efficient and friendly.

I went there by an emergency case because i had massive pain in my abdominal part of the body that had been going on for two days, it was affecting my normal breathing. I can not speak german so my boyfriend help me with the translation, all the time the woman in reception had zero empathy for me and told my boyfriend that i shouldn't be there because my emergency wasnt that BIG, also said that if i wanted to stay i will be waiting for 7 hours.. which I said "OK" because i really needed to see a doctor, just then she said "No you better go to another place".. In short, all the time from when we arrived she was denying the attention and i really could tell that she was being kind of rude to my boyfriend, because of her "judgement", whether my emergency wasn't that important to her she didn´t offer any kind of help. I just arrived to Madrid and be hospitalized because of this "non- relevant pain" that resulted to be a consecuence of an intern hemorrhage, the recovery is more painfull now because of the time i've been waiting thanks to this lack of empathy, but i shall be ok. It's so sad because this is health service, human service and there is no human thing on denying attention to

I was here because bee sting..and itook antihistamines Fexofenadine and Citirezin...i was feeling ok and i was discharged from emergency room. Second day i have problems with bladder, pain, then my veins just cramped and my hands and feet are cold, my calfs cramp and abdominal pain...they sed if you feel worse come back.. I was today and doctor sed he can't do anything, that's not to worry.. It's antihistamines side effects and they are not going away..i think i was poisoned from them...i know they have a lot to do i was waiting, but just kick me out.. maybe they can't fix now there but i should get checked for safety, because my blood pressure is going up and down now...

I have been there a couple of times. I have both positive and negative experiences. While once I have severe chest pain, they take care of me immediately, within hours they did all the tests related to heart diseases and released me after another few hours and the whole time they monitored me carefully. Another time I had heart palpitations a couple of times on the same day and also felt very bad in the evening, so I wanted to check my blood pressure but couldn't wait a day because it was already night. So I decided to go there. One doctor came to check the BP and told me it's okay although a little bit high but not serious. Then another second doctor came to me and started questioning me in a very rude tone. He told me why I went there instead of waiting for a day to go to the general doctor. And I have no problem and waste their time etc. I understand it is an emergency facility but still the behavior was so bad.

I spent a few nights at the Clinic recently and have nothing but praise for all those I came into contact with. From the warm and friendly welcome from those at Reception, the reassuring and comforting attention from the Doctors and Medics in the Emergency Bay, to the subsequent wonderfully professional care and support from all the Doctors, Sisters, Nurses and Support Staff on Station 5. A great, big big thank you to you all!

Cozy, small(ish) clinic with dedicated doctors and friendly nursing staff.
