St. Egidien

St. Egidien ist Nürnbergs einzige Barockkirche, ältester Kirchenort der Stadt und Kulturkirche Nürnbergs. Die an sie anschließenden historischen Kapellen (Zugang auf Anfrage) bergen zahlreiche Miniaturen aus den Werkstätten bedeutender Nürnberger Künstler wie Adam Kraft, Veit Stoß und Peter Vischer d. J. sowie eine umfangreiche Sammlung an Totenschildern.
