10/10, Olur (or Onur, I’m sorry if the name is not right) was really friendly and helped us get an upgrade. Got an email with 2 new scratches found on the car, hope it is just mud, cause we did not even park backwards/anything. But the car had full insurance, so I don't think it will be a problem. Overall really good experience

Great rental car experience in Germany. I had never heard of them but was happy to find SIXT as the other rental companies did not have any cars available. Thank you SIXT!

I have rented from this branch several times, and my experience has usually been satisfying. That is why I was especially disappointed with my last rental when I received a severely damaged car. I had asked the person in charge to get a different undamaged car, but I was told this was not possible because they were out of cars for the day. SIXT is supposedly a luxury car rental company and its rates are higher than the competition, for that reason, one expects outstanding service and product. The damage in the car I received had been done more than three months in advance (one can see this through the SIXT app), so it's difficult to believe that the company didn't have time to fix it. Moreover, I am pretty sure that some previous client was charged a good amount of money to repair this car, which was never done. Instead I believe that they wait for additional damage to be done, in order to repair several scratches for the same price. This practice is, in essence, a scam. In fact, this is what happened in the end, the company claims that I did some additional damage to the car and charged me 1200 euros. I have no memory of doing such damage, but fine, it may be true. They moved to a new place they are now located in underpass. They have a Sixt logo showing right ( it should be under :)) Check in was 3 minutes. Gökhan very helpful and friendly. Yes cars are away from office in car park 7th floor behind C&A however he told me they will move into Train station garage soon. Overall 5*.
