professional staffs, we bought our california coast here.

I recently bought a VW Grand California from this dealership. I must say I am very pleased with both the vehicle and the service received. Mr Holger Koall was very professional from first point of contact all the way through to handover. This was in no way a straightforward transaction as I have exported the vehicle to the UK. I would have no hesitation in recommending the dealership and particularly Mr Koall in the future. Thanks Phil

Great customer service. I had a problem with the heater in my VW California while on vacation and they managed to squeeze me in on a Friday and solve the problem. Everybody was very helpful and friendly - big thank you to Service and Parts Supply!

Bought a VW Caddy California here one month ago. This was my first car purchase in Germany. Manager was super professional and attentive, described the whole process and helped in all the steps. The car was in perfect condition, exactly matched description, and has no flaws now after a month of usage. My overall experience with “Held & Ströhle” was flawless, highly recommend!
