Enterprise Autovermietung & Transporter Mieten - Ulm

I had a fantastic experience renting from the Ulm branch, all thanks to Jonathan Bkett. He stepped in, was incredibly professional, and made the whole rental process smooth and completely stress-free. It's rare to find such genuinely helpful customer service these days. Highly recommended!

I would give minus. There is no option. They gave me damaged car (literally many dents and scratches), forced to buy their insurance, even though I had complete external insurance. Executive of Enterprise forced me literally 20 minutes to take their insurance. After denying a lot, I had to buy their insurance because he was not at all ready to accept. Now having everything, they are still holding my deposit even after contacting them directly and writing a mail to [email protected]. I've been to other enterprise rental regularly, but this is the worst one.

We got a car because our car needed to be repaired. The car handover and the return went very smooth and easy. The team in Ulm was very supportive and the service was great! Thank you again for helping us out!

Extremely disappointing experience with this car rental and specifically Ulm branch. Before starting the rental, I clearly documented the vehicle condition (including multiple scratches and a missing rear logo) and sent photos and video via email as instructed by your staff. I also received confirmation that my email was delivered. Despite this, I was later charged €1,500 without any proper explanation. When I contacted the branch, they redirected me to another location. The other location then redirected me back. No one is taking responsibility. Even after multiple emails and sharing all evidence again (including timestamps), I have received no proper response. This is not acceptable behavior from a professional rental company. Very poor communication and handling of customer issues.

I did not rent from this facility, but representative Jonathan Blatt was very helpful in securing and returning a very important piece of property to me that was left behind in a rental car that was eventually returned to this location. Additionally, the other representatives I spoke with were consistently friendly, helpful and diligent. I would recommend this location based on my (unusual) experience.
