This is the first time I’ve ever given somewhere 5 stars in all categories. The food was delicious, the service was above and beyond what I would ever expect, and it felt like such a welcoming place. For example, it unexpectedly started raining whilst we were outside. The waiter ran over immediately and carried our plates to a table which was undercover, getting himself wet in the process. Oh, and the views are great too. I’ll be back every time I visit Köln!

Nice atmosphere and good location in Cologne. The menu is standard German cuisine. Food and service were fine, but didn't blow me away. An okay spot for a quick dinner.

Extremely disappointed. We ordered a €3.50 beer, but they brought us a €6.40 one without asking. When it came to the bill, the waiter literally tried to force us to leave a tip. When we refused, he became incredibly rude and disrespectful. Avoid this place if you don't want to be overcharged and harassed for tips

Really enjoyed lunch here. I had the Nuremberg sausages with mash and suaerkraut. Look out for the awesome specials. The waiter who served me was super friendly. The Kolsch beer was crisp and refreshing.

Nice restaurant/bar that was open throughout the Christmas holiday. Friendly service, and the food looked good, although we only came here for drinks. The only downside was that the door wasn't on a spring and lots of customers seemed oblivious to the 'please close the door' sign. This meant that when the door was open, a freezing draught came through from outside. Other than this, we really enjoyed drinking here.
