We were there for a birthday dinner, and it was a wonderful experience. They offer special local dishes and landbier. Everything was delicious and of very high quality. The waitress was very kind, attentive, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our evening and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Amazing traditional German food! We had a lovely evening and felt very welcome by the staff Bread and aioli to start with kölsch. Then for mains we had veal ragout with cabbage and fried potatoes. My partner had the Sauerbraten with blaukraut. It was amazing, the meat was so flavourful and tender and the sauces were masterful. For dessert we had Kaiserschmarn with ice cream and roasted plums, then plums came cold which we didn’t expect but the dessert was enjoyable regardless. After we had schnapps and more kölsch. Definitely visit if you are in the area

So far my best resteraunt in Köln. Excellent food, good friendly service (in English if needed), varied menu, nice wine servings. Good value. Need to book.
