I spent one night at this property (September 1–2) during a recent business trip. Because the hotel required payment upfront at check-in, I asked for my invoice right away. I explicitly requested both a printed copy and a digital version, providing my email address directly to the receptionist. I was dismissed and told it would be handled at checkout.It is now September 5th, and I am still waiting. I have contacted the hotel multiple times, stressing that this invoice is urgently needed for corporate reimbursement and tax documentation. Each time, the staff has offered bizarre excuses to delay the process until the next day.In 30 years of frequent business travel, I have never encountered a level of service this poor. A hospitality team that cannot manage to generate a simple room invoice is entirely unfit for business travelers.

Location: The hotel has an unbeatable location if you need a good connection to the airport, but it is not the best option for going to the city center. Rooms: In some aspects uncomfortable, as the space to put your clothes is very scarce, with only a coat rack that will fit three shirts and a pair of pants, and the air conditioning is too strong at night with no possibility of adjusting it on your own. Staff: In general, the staff was pleasant for simple things but very unpleasant on other occasions. We requested an extra night after our initial booking, and the man at the front desk was rude and impolite to tell us that we should have checked out and checked in when they had already been notified... absurd.

The hotel is good; not that fancy but not bad at all. Breakfast options are nice. Main doors and floors are locked after 10 pm making it only accessible to someone with a card meaning great security too. Quiet and peaceful rooms.

We stayed here for 6 days. I checkin at 4am and the reception was there 24h. However the family room is not available and we have to book 2 different rooms for me and my kids. Luckily the room near to each other. Room is small, enough for 2. Our Tv is not functioning, but my kid's room Tv was good. So i didn't make any complain. It has separate shower and toilet. The location is good as the bustop and underground train is just infront of hotel. Paid parking is available and easy. There is large playground besides the hotel and my kids repeat it every day. Halal food is easy and tasty. Also there's Mercado Mall with food options just walking distance from hotel.
