Ich hatte hier die beste Erfahrung gemacht. Da ich Veganer bin, fragte ich die freundliche und nette Dame, ob sie vegane Optionen hätte. Leider waren die Optionen heute begrenzt, da sie für übermorgen mehr Auswahl erwartete. Und dann gab es eine Überraschung. Sie bot mir an, mir ein Gericht mit dem „Single Vegan Baguette (Hell)”, Gurke und dem Bio-Vegan-Brotaufstrich, den sie dabei hatte, zuzubereiten. Das hätte sie nicht tun müssen, aber sie tat es für mich. Das war sehr freundlich und nett von ihr. Und das Gericht war köstlich. Ich war sehr glücklich, mich willkommen und wohl zu fühlen, an einem Ort, an dem man sich wirklich um die Kunden kümmert. Ich werde sie wieder besuchen, wann immer es möglich ist, und kann sie wärmstens empfehlen.

We've been going here so often since we moved to Munich and we really liked it at the beginning. The croissants are good and we always get a brezel or some other kind of bread for breakfast. In the last couple of months, we have been noticing more and more often that the bread was not always fresh. I am paying full price to get hard bread from yesterday? This breakfast is my weekend treat and I have to eat a hard brezel? Unacceptable. Sell it at half price or use the app Too good to go, but don't sell it to your clients otherwise you will have no clients very soon. Update after 2 months: we asked if everything is fresh and the lady says yes, then she gave us 2 brotchen that were hard as stone. So now they're even lying to our faces. Sorry you just lost one of your loyal customers.
